We know that navigating MEES regulations and retrofit can be challenging for landlords, that's why we're here to help. This webinar will cover all things MEES so you're armed with all the information you need to make energy efficient changes as easily and affordably as possible.

This event will be run by the team at Future Fit Homes, an initiative powered by South East London Community Energy, in partnership with Lewisham Council.

Our Speakers:

Nadia Smith - Project Manager & Director 

Nadia manages the Future Fit Homes project at Selce, advising homeowners on how to decarbonise their homes through deep-retrofit. She has experience in both policy and project management and has worked on energy in buildings, sustainable finance, and community energy with a focus on solar PV, battery storage, and electric vehicles. Nadia has also picked up a few awards along the way including Young Community Energy Champion, and the ECA Power Players award in 2019.

Hojee Man - Energy advisor

Hojee is an energy advisor at Future Fit Homes and SELCE. Hojee will be the main point of contact for landlords on all things MEES. 

Jessica Dunning - volunteer

Jessica is a university student currently on placement with Future Fit Homes and SELCE. Jess will be helping to run this event, using her knowledge from her community energy dissertation to signpost any questions you have in the right direction.
